YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION PROJECT (YEPP) WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE CASHMERE INDUSTRY OF MONGOLIA WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA.
The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, the Mongolian Light Industry Workers’ Union, and International Labor Organization are jointly implement a 2.5 year project to introduce the ILO’s Score methodology and the “Workplace Innovation Promotion Programs” of the Korean Academy of Labor Training and Research into the cashmere industry.
Within the framework of this project works such as to improve workplace cooperation, develop social partnership, improve quality management system, update productivity management system, improve human resource management system, and provide consulting services to the selected enterprises will be done.
