WE HAVE DISCUSSED AND ADVISED TO EXPAND THE CASHMERE TRADING IN EUROPIAN MARKETS.

In collaboration with Wool and cashmere association of Mongolia, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and International trade and Economic Cooperation authority of Ministry of Foreign affairs have organized a joint online meeting with embassies from Germany, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, France, Czech, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland and Russian Federation.
During the meeting, attendees have exchanged their views on the opportunities to promote Mongolian wool and cashmere products into the target market, and to assure quality and standards of the products thus, launching them on the international market and expand business collaboration.
The discussion also focused on the promotion of products that are certified under the “Mongolian Noble Fibre” conformity marks in line with the specifics of the target countries as well as to point out advantages of Mongolian cashmere produced with both social and moral responsibilities and sustainable sources when promoting.
The parties mutually agreed to develop workshops in the near future according to the proposals for specific activities, such as to organize joint match making meetings and events.
