UGUUJ SHIM COMPANY HAS ORGANIZED A PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATING TO EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
According to the order A/191 of the Director of the Training, Assessment and Research Institute of Labor and Social security, the training center under the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association operates within the framework of education and vocational training services provided by the regulations, which are carried out by individuals and legal entities with a special license to conduct educational and professional training.
The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association works on solving the problems of the human resources policy of the industry, developing a national career standard and salary policy that will benefit all stakeholders and create equal conditions of competition for companies, building decent labor and sustainable production through the rationalization of tariff negotiations in the light industry sector, to develop social partnerships at the industry level, empowering the human resources of the industry, evaluating the level of qualification of the professional employees of the industry, issueing professional certificates, and organizing short-term training and evaluation work.
In this context, Uguuj Shim LLC submitted a request to evaluate the level of skilled combing machine worker and machine equipment repairers within the framework of social responsibility, and the consulting engineers and evaluation staff, Mongolia- Korean Polytechnic College jointly organized theoretical and practical training and 6 employees were certificated as a wool and cashmere’s primary processing technological workers, 2 people as light industrial equipment mechanics for 3rd-5th level.
The director of the company, A. Tsogtbaatar, has taken an important step to increase the job satisfaction and stability of the employees by making the qualified employees of the primary processing sector, the first to have professional certificates, and mentioned that in the near future, they are working to implement the work of documenting other employees who do not have professional certificates in level.
