THE WORKING GROUP TO PROCESS THE HUMAN RESOURCE PROGRAM HAS MET
The Mongolian wool and cashmere association, management staff and teachers of Mongolian-Korean polytechnical college, human resources staff of Gobi, Cashmere Holding, Buyan and Goyol Cashmere companies held the first meeting as part of the development of a program on human resources issues in the industry. At the meeting, it was agreed to add representatives from the Ministry of food agriculture and light industry, Ministry of education, culture and science, Ministry of labor and social protection and Mongolian university science and technology and research institutions that train the light industry specialists.
The discussions which going to involve stakeholders will be organized regularly which collect the demands and needs of the workforce from the wool and cashmere factories in a unified manner, study the programs that have been successfully implemented in Mongolia and get opinions from the relevant ministries, professional associations, training and research organizations and factories about the work to be included in the human resources plan of the industry.
