THE TRAINING ON MAKING A NEW TYPE OF SPUN YARN, BLENDING, AND DYING WAS SUCCESSFUL

The use of environment friendly and renewable ecological products is penetrating the lives of global consumers day by day. Also, when the world is actively supporting production activities that do not harm the environment and the human body, it is necessary to conduct waste-free and sustainable production.
Nowadays, manufacturers, especially those in the wool and cashmere processing industry, have to consider many issues when manufacturing products, such as not leaving a negative footprint on the environment, on the one hand, creating innovative designs that meet the growing needs and interests of consumers. All this is decided based on the knowledge and skills of engineers and technical workers.
In this course, Dr., Professor D. Enkhtuya, the teacher of Shima Seiki training center and R. Myadagmaa, teacher of the School of Industrial Technology, gave a training to the engineers and technical workers of the industry on the topics such as ways to increase the use of raw materials, new types of ring spinning machines (solo-spinning, siro-spinning, compact spinning), producing new types of spun yarn, blending, and blending methods.
During the training session, using the equipment mentioned above, experiments were carried out to increase the use of valuable raw materials (using the wastes and residues of the production process), to produce fancy yarns with unique color and structure, and to manufacture products using new types of yarns. In addition to learning new information, the students got to know each other while working in teams, exchange experiences, and realize that they have the opportunity to work together in the future.
Chemical engineer of Erdenet Carpet LLC, who is participating in the training from Erdenet city. Comments from Otgonjargal:
“Here I am attending training on behalf of “Erdenet Carpet” LLC. The training for the empowerment of engineers and technical workers of the textile industry, organized by the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, is very beneficial, and it is a very good training that helps new young employees to specialize, improve their knowledge, exchange experience, and become active.
I want you to regularly conduct combined theoretical and practical training including many interesting issues such as focusing on modern advanced technology and solving global problems at the industry level, how to reuse and recycle environment friendly waste materials to manufacture products and mixing waste materials in the middle of the production process.
I wish success to the Step Eco-Lab project that supported the training, organizer the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, the scientists and teachers who shared their knowledge, and other industrial engineers and technical workers who participated in the training”.
