THE EXTERNAL EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION WAS DONE AT THE LINKING BRANCH FACTORY OF GOBI CORPORATION IN KHENTII PROVINCE.

On June 20-21, 2024, the Labor and Social Security Training, Evaluation and Research Institute and the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association jointly organized a workshop at the Linking branch factory in Khentii Province of Gobi Corporation, Article 8.3 of the Law on Vocational and Technical Education and Training the external certification was carried out in accordance with the “Procedure for evaluating, verifying and certifying the competence of graduates of vocational training institutions” approved by the joint order No. A/513, A/171 of 2023 of the Minister of Education and Science and the Minister of Labor and Social Security.

As part of the cross-assessment verification team, Naranbileg.D, methodologist in charge of evaluation and certification of the Labor and Social Security Training, Evaluation and Research Institute, Altanzul.M, and Tuya.Ts, head of the certification department at the professional association of the industry, textile and knitting yarn factory technologist and evaluation officer Tsolmon.Ch worked.

The evaluation and certification team successfully organized the external evaluation of the knowledge and skills of 31 graduates who have acquired II level competence. The linking branch factory in Khentii Province became the first among local factories to have its qualified employees with professional licenses, taking an important step to increase the job satisfaction and stability of its employees, and in the future, other employees without professional licenses will be gradually documented.
