PROFICIENCY TESTING WILL BE HELD IN ACCREDITED LABORATORIES AND IN-FACTORY CONTROL LABORATORIES

The Wool and Cashmere Association recommends to organizations with MNS ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accredited laboratories and internal factory control laboratories to ensure the quality and uniformity of measurements of combed cashmere according to the “General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratories MNS ISO/IEC 17025:2018” standard. The “Skills Challenge” evaluation program is going to be organized domestically for the first time by the accredited certification body of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association.

Central Customs Laboratory, Gobi, Cashmere Holding, Khanbogd Cashmere, Sor Cashmere, Buyan Cashmere, Uguuj Shim, Blue Sky Cashmere, Goyol Cashmere, Mon Italy Cashmere, Baylag Ulzii, Nans Cashmere and Khatant International will participate in this skill test.

Competency testing at the national level will be an important indicator for companies with internal control laboratories to obtain MNS ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accreditation and international recognition of accredited laboratories.

Proficiency testing is important to improve product quality, improve expert skills, control the integration of analysis methods and increase customer confidence by providing opportunities for correction, prevention, and improvement of nonconformities in the laboratory.
