MADE AN EVALUATION FOR THE TECHNICAL STAFF OF MUNKH MANDAG WOOL COMPANY’S SPINNING FACTORY
On 20th November 2024, Mongolian wool and cashmere association has made an skill evaluation for the spinning factory’s technological staff of the Munkh Mandag Wool LLC with the collaboration of professional teachers and evaluation employees of the Training, evaluation and research institute of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and Mongolian-Korean Polytechnic college.
The evaluation and certification of professional skills of spinning technological employees was successfully organized in frame of the Law on Vocational and Technical Education and Training from the Minister of Education and Science and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, within the framework of the “procedure for evaluating, verifying and certifying the competence of graduates of vocational training institutions” approved by the joint order of A/513, A/171 of 2023.
The management of Munkh Mandag Wool LLC pays a lot of attention to ensuring the stability of the workplace by having their qualified employees undergo a skill assessment and obtain a professional license within the scope of social responsibility. In the future, they will plan and implement the activities of regularizing the training of our employees through the union to assess the skills of the qualified employees of other factories and establish their level.
Since 2020, the company has been cooperating with small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry to produce wool, cashmere as well as producing sheep’s wool and yak down products, with the goal of creating its own national brand.
