LIGHT INDUSTRY EXHIBITION, GOLDEN AUTUMN-2024 EVENTS HELD IN DARKHAN CITY
The President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh.U is participating in the “Golden Autumn 2024” harvest festival organized in Darkhan City and visited the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, which is moving to Darkhan City, and familiarized with the products of major cashmere producers.
During the event, the “White Gold” national program initiated by the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh.U, which aims to increase the production and export of value-added products that meet international standards, have proven origin and quality, and increase the value of raw materials of animal origin, is being implemented. In frame of this, an exhibition of the products of national companies such as cashmere products producer “Gobi” Corporation, “Khanbogd Cashmere” LLC, and “Evseg Cashmere” LLC was organized, and a fashion show of the new collection was shown.
In addition, Altantsetseg.D, Executive Director of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, Erdenebat.B, Director of Mogol Noos LLC, and Davaajav.S, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Leather Product Manufacturers Association, gave presentations and information on the current state of the light industry and the results of the White Gold movement.
