KHANBOGD CASHMERE HAS BECOME A “SUSTAINABLE TEXTILE MANUFACTURER” COMPANY
The Certification body of Mongolian wool and cashmere association awarded the Certificate of Sustainable Textile production to one of the leading companies in the wool and cashmere industry to the Khanbogd Cashmere LLC.
External independent expert of Certification body Mungunbayar.M, consultant engineer of Mongolia Batjargal.Ts, teacher of Mongolian Korean Polytechnic College Ganchimeg.N evaluated the sustainable textile production process of Khanbogd Cashmere LLC.
Khanbogd Cashmere LLC develops and introduced into production the long-term and short-term environmental management business plans within the framework of sustainable production, implements the correct management system in it’s operations, uses an energy-saving solar cell generator system, releases industrial steam and distributes industrial humidity with the help of compression, designs special equipment for recycling and using technological steam water.
In addition, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC focuses on empowering its factory employees, improving their skills, and paying attention to their social provision. Within the framework of social responsibility, the company supports eight people with disabilities to work stably, as well as provides 40,000 vaccines for the health of animals and 386,400 per birth to the farmers who cooperate with the supply chain. It is a company that regularly implements many tasks, such as spending millions of dollars, to pursue a sustainable production chain in it’s operations.
