INDUSTRIAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT OFFICERS WILL EVALUATE EMPLOYEES’ SKILLS AND RANK THEIR PROFESSIONAL LEVEL
Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the TVET Assessment, Information and Methodology center and the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, a training module was organized to assess and certify the qualifications of industry professionals and TVET graduates, and a total of 13 people, who were engineers, technicians, and teachers from Mongolia-Korea Polytechnic College, Gobi JSC, Cashmere Holding, Nans cashmere, Khanbogd cashmere, and Sor cashmere, were awarded certificates of professional evaluation.
Assessors, from professional associations, training institutions, and the private companies, will make ranking assessment of graduates of vocational training and production centers, executive assistants, and kettlers of companies that have requested to evaluate their employees, and further, will certify them according to their level of specialization.
This will allow employees in the sector to get evaluation on their skills, as well as help them to get wage increase.
