FIRST GRADUATES OF LINKING MACHINE’S COMPETENCY TRAINING RECEIVED VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Within the framework of solving human resource problems in the wool and cashmere industry, in cooperation with the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association and the Department of Labor and Welfare Services of the District Bayanzurkh, B. Erdenezaya and E. Shinebayar has successfully completed the short-term training of linking machine sewer and got their 3rd level vocational competency certificate.
The course, which combines theory and practice, was conducted by Ch. Tsolmon, a linking machine’s professional teacher at the Mongolia-Korea Polytechnic College, on the Italian Complett Brand linking machine of the Textile Technology Center under the MWCA, and provided the necessary knowledge.
The importance of this training lies in the fact that continuous training of weavers and linking machine sewer, which are the in the highly demanded professions in the Mongolian wool and cashmere industry, with policy support, it is not only contributes to the problems of human resources in the industry, but also makes a valuable contribution to balancing the supply and demand of the labor market.
