Altantsetseg.D, Executive director of Mongolian wool and cashmere association congratulated and presented the award to Shima Mitsuhiro the General Director of the company the “Honor letter” by the Ministry of food agriculture and light industry for its contribution to providing stable jobs for small and medium enterprises in the Mongolian cashmere industry, improving the competitiveness of cashmere products, introducing high technologies to Mongolia and improving the knowledge and skills of the industry’s employees on the occasion of its 60th anniversary, Japanese Shimaseiki company.
70 percent of Mongolia’s knitting machineries are Shima knitting machineries and 4,800 jobs occupations have been created directly and indirectly. In 2010, the Shima knitting machine operator class was opened at Mongolia-Korea polytechnical college focusing on training specialists in the Mongolian wool and cashmere industry and the Shima knitting machine designer and programmer therefore bachelor’s class was opened at Mongolian university of Science and Technology with an investment of 567 million MNT. Every year, 30-40 specialists graduate from the above two schools and new youths are being trained in the Mongolian wool and cashmere industry.
In the event, representatives from Cashmere Holding, Snow Fields, Khanbogd Cashmere, Baylag-Ulzii, Negun Cashmere, Goyol Cashmere, Uujin Cashmere, Jinst Murun, Munkhbumuud, Sain Tumen Cashmere, Noyon Cashmere, Nunjig Cashmere, Bebi Cashmere, Mungun Pyramid and Khatan Suljee are invited by Japanese Shimaseiki company. Shimaseiki company introduced the latest high developed XR Whole Garment machinery.
