COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT WAS CONDUCTED FOR EMPLOYEES OF KHANBOGD CASHMERE COMPANY.
From August 30 to September 11, 2024, the training center of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, with the support of the World Bank, conducted an evaluation of the qualification level of skilled employees within the framework of the “Skills in Demand Program” for the technical staff of the knitting production of Khanbogd Cashmere LLC. Cross-sectional evaluation was carried out by Naranbileg.D, Chuluunchimeg.E, Munkhzul.J, methodologists in charge of assessment and certification of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association of Labor and Social Security Training, Evaluation and Research Institute, Tsolmon.Ch, Ganchimeg.A, knitting technologists of the Mongolian-Korea Polytechnic college, and Altantuya.A, light industry technologists.
According to the competency-based training program, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC carried out a self-diagnostic evaluation of knitwear tailors, determined the advanced level of competency skills of the employee of the profession, organized a specialization course on the theory of knowledge recovery, and confirmed the professional external evaluation of the competency.
In the framework of social responsibility, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC has taken an important step to increase job satisfaction and stable work opportunities by providing its qualified employees with professional certificates, and in the future, they are paying attention to regularly evaluating the professional level of employees at the primary and final product production stages and documenting them in stages.
