CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE BUDGET’S STANDING COMMITTEE MR. TEMUULEN.G HAD A JOINT MEETING WITH SECTOR ASSOCIATIONS AND PRODUCERS.
On February 20, 2024, Member of Parliament, Chairman of the State Budget’s Standing Committee Mr.Temuulen.G met with the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, National Federation of Pasture User groups of Herders , and managers of the yak wool product manufacturers such as Baylag Ulzii, Snow Fields, Jinst Murun, Uujin, Nomads Fiber, Bat Baylag Ulzii company. Discussed the long-term tax package policy to improve the tax environment, the law about herders, and the issue of incentives for yak wool.
G. Temunun, Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Standing Budget Committee, within the framework of the 19th Resolution of the Parliament of 2022, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the state and the private sector in creating a sustainable production of value-added end products that are environmentally friendly, and creating a legal environment that is friendly to national producers, livestock farmers, and cooperatives, professional associations listened to the opinions of producers.
In the context of the above issues, the State Budget’s Standing Committee, MOFALI, sector associations and manufacturers will hold a joint meeting in the near future, the producers gathered their proposals in their sector associations and submitted them to the permanent budget committee for discussion at the spring session of the Parliament, and discussed how to focus on putting them into government policies and laws.
