BUSINESS AND HUMAN RIGHT FORUM HOSTED
Business and human right forum multilateral joint forum of cabinet secretariat of Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and United Nations Development Program hosted in the State Government.
Forum participants emphasized that sustainable development, social responsibility and respect for human rights are the pillars of a responsible business organization.
In the forum, Tuya.Ts, manager of the Mongolian wool and cashmere association, participated as a panelist and shared the best practices in the implementation of the principles of business and human rights in the business organization for the first time from the cashmere industry in cooperation with Snow Fields LLC.
It is mentioned that conducting regular human rights due diligence and respecting human rights has many benefits such as improving the working environment of business organizations, maintaining stable jobs, increasing the company’s competitiveness, gaining international recognition for respecting human rights, attracting investment and gaining the trust of consumers.
