BAT-ERDENE.J, MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT AND PRESIDENT OF THE MONGOLIAN WOOL AND CASHMERE ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATED IN THE “INDUSTRIAL RECOVERY DISCUSSION”
Ahead of the Mongolian economic forum 2022, a pleminary discussion on “Industrial Recovery” discussion was held today at the Corporate convention center.
The Minister of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Mendsaikhan.Z opened the sub discussion on “Light and food industry” and made a presentation on the industry, Bat-Erdene.J, Member of parliament and President of Mongolian wool and cashmere association, Andrei Mikhnev, Representative in Mongolia of World Bank, Tuyatsetseg.J, Ph.D, Director of the School of industrial technolgy, Mongolian university of science and technology, Erdenebileg.Ts, Executive director of APU LLC and Munkhjargal.U, Director of Delta foods LLC are participated as a panelists.
Bat-Erdene.J, Member of parliament and President of Mongolian wool and cashmere association informed that the government should support the private sector in providing employment opportunities, expanding its market, improving the legal environment and providing assistance.
Also he highlighted that we must pursue our policy and work directly with it. In cooperation with the Mongolian wool and cashmere association, we have approved a parliamentary resolution on “Measures to be implemented in the cashmere sector” therefore government made that from 2023 not to export the washed cashmere and export the value-added cashmere more than dehairing and to stabilize working capital loans.
