A TRAINING TO IMPROVE SKILLS OF ENGINEERS AND TECHNICAL WORKERS OF THE WOOL AND CASHMERE INDUSTRY
On September 19-20, 2022, G. Yondonsambuu, distinguished industrial worker, consulting engineer of Mongolia, and Dr. D. Batbayar, Teacher of the School of Industrial Technology, conducted a combined theoretical and practical training on “Possibilities of Recycling Waste Materials”.
More than 20 people participated in this training for 2 days, including technological engineers, supervisors and masters, factory managers, and professional engineers.
Nowadays, consumers all over the world are trying to use environment-friendly products, and manufacturers are faced with the need for zero-waste production. Therefore, knowledge and information on how to use waste and residuals to make products again had been provided.
Practical examples of how to optimally use the waste coming out of the factory were shown, and the experiment of unraveling the yarn tips was performed on the machine of “Textile Technology Center” of the association, therefore, an important result of the training was that the knitting factories conducted experiments and researches and created the opportunity to cooperate with the center in the future.
