A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WAS SIGNED
The event was successfully organized today to presenting the list of occupations, definitions and further action plans developed by the members of the technical working group for the development of the Collective bargaining agreement of the Cashmere industry to the sub-working groups formed by social partner parties and representatives of employers and employees, and to exchange opinions.
Within the framework of the event signed a memorandum of understanding, representing the partner parties in the matter of establishing a Collective bargaining agreement in the cashmere industry, Mrs.Altantsetseg.D, the executive director of the MWCA, Mr.Tamir.E, the head of the Mongolian Light Industry Workers’ Union, and Mr. Benedikt Ivanovs, the country representative of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation of Germany.
By successfully completing the agreement, which is mutually beneficial for both the employer and the employee, in addition to having a positive effect on limiting the migration of human resources, ensuring job stability, and improving factory productivity and product quality, it is important to create many advantages such as providing companies with equal opportunities for competition. /The collective bargaining, partners negotiate working conditions together in collective agreements – without government influence/
