A MEETING REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VAT LAW ORGANIZED

Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, in partnership with the Agency of Taxation organized an online meeting regarding the implementation of Article 14.1.4 of the VAT Law. The online meeting was attended by M.Dondogdorj, the Head of the Light Industry Policy Implementation Coordination Department of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry, D. Munkhtuul, Head of the VAT Division of the Agency of Taxation, other officials and more than 50 representatives of the industries.
The industries have been allowed to submit the VAT report in 2020 as a result of that a series of meetings were held due to the request of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry and the Wool and Cashmere Association.
For the current year, the Agency of Taxation announced that they are going to create a data base by connecting the E-Barimt (E-documents) and the QPay application which is under the process. Qpay, the application will be officially launched in May 2021.
