MONGOLIA WOOL AND CASHMERE ASSOCIATION COOPERATES WITH MONGOLIAN CUSTOM’S CENTRAL LABORATORY.
On May 16, 2023, “Memorandum of Cooperation” was signed between Mongolian Wool Cashmere Association and Mr.Hosbayar.Ch Temporary acting Head of MCGA-Administrative Management Department, Mrs.Tserenchimed.S Head of the Custom’s Central Laboratory, for the purpose of information exchanging on the quality and standards of animal derived products wool cashmere, enlightening, sharing experience, specializing, organizing training seminars, and contributing to the development of the wool cashmere industry.
By signing the memorandum, cooperation has been started in the direction of organizing and implementing trainings about the characteristics, technology and production process of wool cashmere raw materials, wool cashmere products under the brand label mark “Mongolian Noble Fibre”, “Sustainable Textile Production”, standardization and certification of industry standards, legal issues of the sector, capacity building and qualification at the Textile technology center, for the laboratory and certification experts of the Mongolian Customs General Administration Center and branch laboratories and the customs inspectors of the relevant customs department committees.
