LINKING COMPETENCY TRAINING HAS STARTED IN TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CENTER
Mongolian wool cashmere industry has issue with workforce, including the most demanded professions weavers and linking machine’s sewer are highly required. The industry producers expressed their willingness to hire as full-time employees after providing with basic knowledge by the Textile Technology Center under the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association.
As part of solving the problems of human resources in the industry, as range of adapting and localizing advanced Italian technology, two linking machines were gifted to this center by the Italian company Complett.
The MWCA, in cooperation with the Department of Labor and Welfare Services of the District Bayanzurkh, short-term linking machine training has started under the guidance of Mrs.Tsolmon.Ch for selected group from among the young people who applied for a job.
By doing this training, it will contribute to solving the problem of the workforce in the industry and will be an important step in preparing employees who meet the requirements set by the employers.
