STUDENTS WERE INTRODUCED ADVANCED ITALIAN TECHNIQUES, EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY
The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association introduces and educates students about wool and cashmere production techniques, introduces the laws and legal framework of sustainable textile production, arouses the interest of new young personnel to work in the industry, conducts industry training and promotion, also a series of trainings aimed at increasing the skills of industrial engineers and technical staff has started at the Textile Technology Center under the Mongolian wool and cashmere association.
In the first series of training, participated the students of the 3rd and 4th grades of Marketing at National Universtiy of Mongolia and the Step Ecolab Project Specialist, Dr. Sarangoo.U, taught on the topic of “The need to introduce sustainability the clothing industry, the legal framework implemented by the European Union, and Green financing.” Mungunbayar.M, consultant of the Certification body of the MWCA, gave a lecture on the certification of the textile industry, Yondonsambuu.G, PhD, consultant of the MWCA, and engineer Batmunkh.B, spoke about “Experiments being carried out at the Textile Technology Center in the context of sustainable production, waste-free and clean and safe production, Conducted a detailed introductory training on research activities and equipment and technology, also students were introduced the Textile Technology Transfer Center and production activities of “Cashmere Holding” LLC.
With the support of the Government of Italy, students from schools such as NUM, UOF, MUST, Mongolia-Korea Joint College are scheduled to participate in the series of trainings held at the Textile Technology Center, which is fully equipped with advanced techniques and equipment, and they will be introduced to the activities of the cashmere industry factories.
