DISCUSSED ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCE OF WOOL AND CASHMERE INDUSTRY
On 26th January, 2023 the working group which consists of representatives from Ministry of food agriculture and light industry, Mongolian wool and cashmere association, Mongolian light industry workers union, Mongolian-Korean polytechnical college, Gobi, Cashmere Holding, Buyan cashmere and Goyol cashmere are discussed and produced the short and mid-term working plan of human resource of the industry.
The work plan includes training skilled workers in the wool and cashmere industry, activating human resources, negotiating wages/tariffs for workers in the industry, conducting short-term training for professional degrees, organizing an open day in the light industry, and organizing a career skills competition and work in the wool and cashmere processing industry. Public awareness and promotion of the profession will be implemented in stages.
