WATER SUPPLY AND CLEANING FACILITIES FOR CASHMERE PROCESSING FACTORIES DISCUSSED

The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere and Water Supply Sewerage Authority are working through the collaborating contract to work within the framework of public-private partnership development.
In frame of this work Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, Gobi Corporation, Cashmere Holding LLC, Khanbogd LLC, Tuya Cashmere LLC, MMJ Capital LLC, Inel LLC, A-Uils LLC, Jin Corona LLC, New Space LLC and Water Supply Sewerage Authority are hosted a joint meeting to implement Government Resolution 73 and exchanged views on the company’s experience in ensuring the normal operation of the treatment plant, views on how to ensure uninterrupted and stable operation of the water supply to the factories, prevent wastewater and hair and wool from entering the sewer network.
In the future, taking into account the specifics of the cashmere industry and the amount of pollution, it is recommended to establish a working group to develop a new standard for leather and wool, rather than the current MNS 6561:2015 standard.
