THE EXCHANGE VIEWS ON COOPERATION WITH THE EMBASSY OF MONGOLIA TO THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of Mongolia to the Republic of Korea, and the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association jointly organized an online meeting to introduce and promote the “Mongolian Noble Fibre” the certification mark, which certifies the quality of Mongolian cashmere, and to cooperate in increasing the export of certified wool and cashmere products to the market of the Republic of Korea.
The meeting was attended by N.Erdenetuya, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Korea and P. Batsaikhan, the Counselor, Kh. Khurelbaatar, the Trade and Economic Adviser, M.Dondogdorj, the Head of the Light Industry Policy Implementation Coordination Department of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry, and D.Munkhjargal, the Adviser of the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The participants have agreed to cooperate in developing an integrated action plan, identifying the best marketing strategy for the Korean market and working with professional Korean designers to improve the wool and cashmere product design and strengthening the cooperation between two countries through respectful experting organizations of the sector.
