DONATIONS BY CASHMERE COMPANIES ARE HANDED OVER TO THE NATIONAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY

The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association and its member companies handed over their donations on November 27,2020 at the National Emergency Management Agency.
The event was attended by T.Jambaltseren, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry (the Ministry), the Brigadier General G.Ariunbuyan, the Deputy of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), M.Dondogdorj, the Head of Light Industry Implementation Coordination Department of the Ministry, the Lieutenant Colonel Ch. Tsogbayar, Head of the State Reserve and Humanitarian Aid Department (SRHAD), the Lieutenant Colonel M.Khash-Erdene, the Specialist of the SRHAD, B.Erkhembayar, the Senior Wool and Cashmere Specialist of the Ministry, and Ts.Tuya, the General Manager of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association.
At the donation event, Mr. Jambaltseren said, “The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association has organized a campaign to support doctors, nurses, soldiers, police and NEMA staff who work around the clock to protect the health and safety of people in extreme conditions. We are pleased to present to you that 15 cashmere companies who have donated 5.8 million MNT in cash and wool and cashmere products that worth 25.5 million MNT as part of their social responsibilities.”
The following eleven companies participated in the donation campaign:
1. Buyan Cashmere LLC – cashmere products worth 12.7 million MNT
2. Cashmere Holding LLC – girdles worth 2.3 million MNT
3. Baikal Cashmere LLC – cashmere hat and scarf worth 3.0 million MNT
4. Goyol Cashmere LLC – cashmere products worth 1.0 million MNT
5. Gobi Aigar LLC -1.0 million MNT in cash
6. Gurvan Sor LLC – cashmere hat, scarf, and socks worth 500,000 MNT
7. Sanshiro LLC – wool & cashmere socks worth 1.0 million MNT
8. Khatant International LLC – 1 million MNT
9. Leader Cashmere LLC – face masks worth 1.8 million MNT
10. Ulemj Cashmere LLC – 1.0 million MNT in cash
11. Tsast Sogoot LLC – 500.0 thousand MNT in cash
12. Sain Tumen Cashmere LLC – 1.0 million MNT
13. Uujin LLC – 300 thousand MNT
14. Snow Fields LLC – 3.2 million MNT worth of camel wool socks
15. Uguuj Shim LLC – 1.0 million MNT
